Ruffy is a mobile application focused on dog training and related tools, including educational lessons, weight tracking, and customizable reminders.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Ruffy. By using the app, you represent that:

  • You meet the minimum age requirement
  • You have legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • Ruffy is not directed at children

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for activity under your account

You may register and sign in using:

  • Email and password
  • Apple Sign-In
  • Google Sign-In

You may delete your account at any time within the app.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Ruffy operates under a freemium model.


Premium features are available via recurring subscriptions:

  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Yearly

Payments are processed exclusively through:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your App Store / Play Store account.

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google under their policies.

If your subscription expires or payment fails, access to premium content will be revoked.

5. Educational Purpose Only - No Veterinary Advice

Ruffy provides educational content related to dog training.


Ruffy does NOT provide:

  • Veterinary advice
  • Medical diagnosis
  • Professional animal health services

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your dog's health
  • Training decisions
  • Any actions taken based on the app's content

Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical concerns.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Dog training results vary depending on:

  • Breed
  • Age
  • Temperament
  • Consistency of training
  • Overall health condition

Ruffy does not guarantee any specific behavioral or training results. You acknowledge that results may differ from dog to dog.

7. Reminders and Health Tracking

Ruffy may allow you to set custom reminders, including medication reminders, and to track certain health-related metrics for your dog.


You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Reminders are informational only
  • Ruffy is not responsible for missed or delayed reminders
  • You remain solely responsible for administering any medication, care, or treatment to your dog.

8. AI-Generated Content

Some images or materials within Ruffy may be AI-assisted or AI-generated.

While we aim for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that all such content is error-free or suitable for every situation.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer the app
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Interfere with app functionality
  • Use the app for unlawful purposes

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, lessons, images, and materials within Ruffy are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Spanish law, Ruffy and its operator shall not be liable for:

  • Injuries to pets or persons
  • Veterinary or medical expenses
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may stop using the app at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
